So far the current status of my article for this Wikipedia project includes the application of the training exercise that was on the dashboard. I completed the steps to add the bibliography onto the talk section of my article which is about the national Congress of Negro woman. I chose to do this article because it was a star class, and I also am connected to him because of my current membership in this organization. Since this article is a star class it gives me the opportunity to build on a lot of the things that the organization is about that Wikipedia lacks. This article definitely lacks a lot about the creation and expansion of the CW, the programs, duties, importance, the latest president and chair members, and some pictures. I’ve recognized that these parts of Wikipedia are lacking because they only have about three sentences under some of these categories or nothing at all regarding them. When I checked the talk section to see if anyone else is working on putting any more additions to this page or editing anything there was nobody there with intentions. The sections are really plan to focus on is the latest president and chair members and some of the programs and duties that they have done so far just because there’s a lot more information on what they do now compared to what they used to do before so maybe I can also incorporate more about the expansion that ties into this too. The kind of research that I plan to do is just looking online for different forms of media that can give me more information about the NCNW. I plan to look in some of the sources that were provided by the National Museum of African-American history and culture because they have a large collection of reliable sources that have to do with the expansion and creation of the NCNW. I will also be looking at YouTube videos to learn more about the late president and cheer members because they are what fuels some of the newest programs and duties that we do now which isn’t really expressed on Wikipedia.
